Apart from a paraglider....we are former lecturers, trainers, researchers, working professionals (industry) from here, in Malaysia, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Bangladesh, Philippines and the State of Palestine. Our 3 business channels are : EDUCATION ADVISORY, TRAINING COURSES and PROPERTY SALES/RENTAL Well, the first 2, we all know are a related industry but the third one (PROPERTY)? Simply because, international students, visiting parents, visiting lecturers, trainees from out-of-town...well basically anyone travelling for an education or training will need a place to stay. 

Yes, we do help you get, for example AirBnB accommodation, or arrange a hotel if you are travelling for a few days to a couple of months. Any longer than that, rented flat/apartment is usually more economical for a larger space for living. Ok let's move on to the first parter of a three parter act: 1. EDUCATION ADVISORY Our combined knowledge covers mostly all university courses, and every aspect of a university student’s life.

What we do:
Our 3 business channels are: EDUCATION ADVISORY, TRAINING COURSES and PROPERTY SALES/RENTAL. Our main line of work is of education advisors for foreign students in selecting the right courses and universities in Malaysia. This is to allow foreign students a seamless & hassle-free experience from documentation, enrolment, visa & immigration matters, airport pick-up to the finer details of studying in tertiary institution. Offering preparatory training courses for academic typesetting in LaTeX/LyX that are popular in Malaysia and Australia especially for students to write assignments and their dissertations (not to mention research articles for academic publications that recommends LaTeX as a choice). We give foreign students a head-start by providing a 1 day 'experience' tour of Kuala Lumpur city to familiarise foreign students with life in Kuala Lumpur; and a training course on LaTeX/LyX with tertiary style typesetting (including meals and if necessary, lodgings).

This tour and training is done upon arrival and before students register for their first day at universities in Malaysia. NOTE: our training courses listed in here are eligible for HRDF(PSMB) fees exemptions for HRDF registered companies/individual.
